Description:
This worthy old upright has lived in New Mexico for most of its life. The last owner bought it in Santa Fe in 1945 and the piano wasn’t a newcomer then.
After rescuing the instrument, it came to our workshop and was given a top to bottom rehabilitation.
The rear casters were replaced and the pedals polished. Cleaned top to bottom inside and out.
The ivory keys were cleaned, repaired and leveled.
The action was cleaned, repaired and regulated.
It has been tuned to a stable A440 pitch and is ready for a new home!
Piano can be seen and played at Antiques & Things, 4710 Central Ave SE, Albuquerque NM from Tuesday through Sunday.
