ClassicPiano Repair Our repair shop, InTune Piano located in Albuquerque, NM.... This page shows some work from our repair shop in Albuquerque. Intune Piano started here in Albuquerque, NM back in 1991. Intune Piano started it all, then came classicpiano, our online showroom. Classicpiano used to take in consignments, we no longer keep customers pianos on our premise. Classicpiano will now offer both in-store and in-home pianos. I will attempt to showcase work we've done in the past here and as time goes on, document our repairs so that you may see just what a piano looks like on the inside! What we do: Rebuilding: We use top quality parts such as Diamond Klinke Tuning Pins, Mapes and or Roslau Piano wire, Mapes bass string replication, Mohawk finishing supplies, Delignit or Falconwood multi-laminate pinblock material, Mas slow set epoxies for minute soundboard cracks/bridge repairs and shims for large cracks. Plus hammers and other action related parts. Repairs: We can do just about any repair that is possible on a piano save for cracked plates. We have repaired many, many pianos in our time. From soundboard cracks in uprights & grands, to case repair, loose veneers, restringing with or without a new pinblock, bridge repairs, hammer filing for moderately worn hammers, hammer replacement for totally worn out hammers, case separation, hinge replacement, key leveling, and more. We do it all! All repairs shown here are for illustration ONLY!!!
